In Pattaya, Russians argued with bar owners over the bill

A photograph of two Russians, accused by bar owners in Pattaya of not paying for alcohol and snacks, has circulated on Thai social media. According to bar staff, the young men ordered beer and snacks, then allegedly "paid" for the order by leaving money in a self-service box. However, when employees checked the box, it was empty.
